How can I unsubscribe from Joe (Calls, Emails or Text)
Are you tired of getting calls, texts or even emails about our promotional offers? Just follow the below steps and we’ll guide you through unsubscribing from our contact list:
1. After logging in to your account, click the silhoette icon at the top of the page.
2. Once in the dashboard, click, 'Profile Settings' from the menu.
3. Under ‘Manage Subscriptions’, uncheck the media you wish to unsubscribe from. Click ‘SAVE’ to update account your preference.
4. Once you click 'Save' you'll be notified of the update.
