Why are my funds locked?

Since certain bonuses have conditions attached to them, if you've accepted a bonus, we may lock some of your funds until those conditions have been fulfilled. Locked funds can be used anywhere on the site, but they cannot be withdrawn.

You can read the full Terms and Conditions of your bonus in the My Rewards Page. If you wish to unlock more funds, you can either keep playing or forfeit a bonus.
