1. How long do players have to place a bet?
Players have 6 seconds within which to place their bet.
2. Can a bet be cancelled after it is placed?
No, a bet cannot be cancelled after it has been placed.
3. Are there bonuses in the game?
No, there are no bonuses within the game.
4. What is the minimum crash point?
It is 1.00x multiplier
5. What is the minimum cash out?
The minimum cash out is 1.01x multiplier
6. What is the minimum bet?
It is 0.50 USD
7. What is the max bet?
It depends on the auto cash out value and maximum payout.
8. What is the maximum payout?
It is 100,000 USD
9. What happens if the connection to the server is lost?
The game will follow the auto cash out rule set for the bet that was placed.
10. The multiplier changed to a lower value after the plane crashed. What happened?
Connection issues can cause the multiplier to not synchronize correctly between the client and server. The auto cash out is always performed on the server and is not affected by connection issues.
11. I clicked on the cash out before the plane exploded and still lost. What happened?
Connection issues can cause the cash out request not to reach the server in time even if the button is pressed before the crash.
12. Can I use Bonus Funds within Thundercrash?
Bonuses are not eligible for play in Thundercrash and play in this game will not contribute to playthrough/ wagering requirements (See Bonus Terms & Conditions).
13. Can I play the Thundercrash in Practice Play?
Thundercrash is available to watch other players in action in practice play. To place a bet, you'll need to be in real play.
