If you're unable to view Joe Fortune properly, chances are your cache and cookies needs to be cleared. We recommend clearing your cache and reloading the site.
Google Chrome 10+:
- Open the browser menu by clicking the ‘three dots’ icon in the top right corner, select “More tools”, then click “Clear browsing data”
- At the top of the window, switch to “Advanced” then adjust the ‘Time Range’ selecting “All Time”.
- Check the boxes for "Browsing History", "Download History", "Cookies and other site data", and "Cached images and files", then click “Clear Data”. It may take a few minutes.
Firefox:
- Click the 'three-lines' icon in the top right corner to open the browser "Menu", then select “Library”.
- Select “History”, then select “Clear Recent History” in the drop-down menu.
- In the pop-up window, adjust “Time range to clear” to “Everything”.
- Check the boxes labeled “Browsing & Download History”, “Form & Search History”, “Cookies” and “Cache”.
- Click “Ok” to clear history (it may take a few moments).
Internet Explorer:
- Open the browser, click the “gearwheel” icon at the top right to open the “Menu”.
- Select “Safety” then “Delete Browsing History.”
- Check the boxes labeled “Temporary Internet Files and Website Files, “Cookies and website data” and “History”. You can also uncheck “Preserve favorite website data.”
- Click the “Delete” button near the bottom of the window. Your computer will clear the cache, which may take a few minutes.
