What are my different balances?

Tracking your balances is an important part of your journey with Joe Fortune.  You’ll want to be aware of how your funds get used, which balances they are deducted from as well as where they are returned when you win big! It also helps you to make sound financial decisions while playing online games at Joe Fortune.

Here’s a look at the different balances you may see in your account. First, click the profile icon at the top of any page:

Next, you will see your dashboard with your name, Reward Tier Level, and the number of Casino Points you’ve earned along with their current value, (in brackets).  Beneath these details, you will see one or all of the following active balances on your account: 

Available to Withdraw

This balance tells you the total amount of funds you’re able to withdraw immediately from your account. Funds in this balance include: deposits made without redeeming a bonus, winnings earned with funds from this balance, and bonus funds that have been released from your Bonus Funds balances into your 'Available to Withdraw'.

Bonus Funds 

Bonus funds are those that are available for play from a redeemed match or cash bonus. Any winnings you’ve earned that have yet to be released from playing with a bonus will also be included in this balance.

Locked Funds

The locked funds balance represents any deposited funds attached to a Deposit Bonus and any winnings earned using funds from this balance. As you continue to play and meet the play-through requirements on each bonus, Locked Funds are transferred to your withdrawable balance. 

Locked Bonus Funds

This balance refers to bonuses that you’ve redeemed but that are not immediately available to play with.  Bonus funds in this balance are released to your withdrawable balance as you play and achieve certain milestones.
